The NZ Navigator online self-assessment can include the different views of people right across your organisation. Results from using the Multiple Participant option can be seen as a whole organisation, and also separated out to see the viewpoint of the Board, the Staff and the Volunteers.
Do the staff and volunteers agree with the Board view of the direction of the organisation? How about communications? Or evaluation? By using the Branch option the viewpoints of the whole organisation can be separated out into various branches or teams. Again, is everyone on the same page when it comes to the Leadership? Or the Relationships?
