Cyber Smart Week is coming soon
The 2020 Cyber Smart Week dates are 19-23 October.
CertNZ have four call-to-action messages this year to encourage you to step up your cyber defence:
- Use a password manager – it’s like a vault for all your passwords.
- Turn on 2FA (two factor authentication) – it adds another layer of security to your account.
- Update your devices – up-to-date operating systems and apps defend against bugs and viruses.
- Check your privacy settings – know and control who can see your stuff.
They will be providing free resources to support these messages - these will be available on their website from 23 September.
