Employment law changes

The NZ Parliament passed amendments to the Employment Relations Act in December 2018, rolling back many of the changes made in 2015.

Organisations need to be aware of two key dates:

• changes that apply from 12 December 2018 and
• changes that come into effect on 6 May 2019.
