The next generation of the sector - what's needed?

Rochelle Stewart-Allen from Hui E! suggests that rather than tweaking existing systems, a full systems change is needed.
This transformational change will take more than those who are already holding positions of power and pathways are needed for new people to come through - we have no choice by to adapt and shift.
