Urgent Zoom update

If Zoom was installed on your Windows computer prior to April 2020, make sure to update it asap then restart Zoom.

A patch in the latest version addresses a serious flaw that allowed hackers to gain access to Windows passwords.

The latest version will be  4.6.9 (19253.0401) or later.

To update Zoom:

  1. Open the Zoom application and Sign-In
  2. Click on your Profile Picture (or your Initials) in the top-right of the Zoom window
  3. Use the drop down to find Check for Updates. 

Alternatively, ask your IT support staff to urgently fix this issue remotely.
